FLO Return With Sophomore Album “Therapy at the Club”

FLO, Therapy at the Club, R&B, UK pop, Jorja Douglas, sophomore album

British R&B trio FLO — Renée, Stella, and Jorja — are back with their second album, Therapy at the Club, after the release was pushed back to accommodate Jorja Douglas’s recovery from vocal surgery. The record leans into an early-2000s pop-R&B sound, framing the album loosely around the idea of a group therapy session set on the dancefloor.

Singles “Leak It,” “Don’t Break Her Heart,” “Therapy at the Club,” and “Remedied” have already previewed the record’s mix of vulnerable songwriting and club-ready production, continuing the group’s knack for pairing tight three-part harmonies with contemporary beats. The album follows FLO’s Grammy-nominated 2024 debut Access All Areas, which peaked at No. 3 on the UK Official Albums Chart and established the group as one of the most promising new acts in R&B.

With a fanbase built largely through word of mouth and standout live performances, Therapy at the Club is shaping up as a real test of whether FLO can build on that early breakthrough and push toward their first UK No. 1.
